This is Halladale's vision for the future of Brentwood town centre. And this is the first time the 3D drawings of Halladale's designs for William Hunter Way have been published in full, giving Gazette readers a true feel of how the development could look if the plans go ahead. These new pictures which are likely to be the centre of attention at Halladale's public exhibition and consultation this week, show the ideas for the development in far greater detail, than the 2D pictures revealed a few weeks ago. They also give a much more accurate idea of just how large Halladale predicts the development will be and they also give a better impression of the height of the cinema which has been greatly talked about. When the plans were first shown by Brentwood Borough Council an officer said the complex would be two storeys tall at the edges on each of its borders and the cinema, which is towards the middle of the building would be six storeys. Halladale hope to put a formal planning application to the borough council this month. |
