Modus Properties has been selected as preferred developer for an £80m regeneration project in Swindon town centre.

The Manchester-based regeneration specialist plans to develop a 250,000 sqft, two level open shopping centre on the 5-acre Granville Street site alongside 180 homes. Swindon Council, working with URC New Swindon Company, selected Modus above Wilson Bowden, AMEC and CTP/St James. CB Richard Ellis advised the council.
