Halladale has submitted a planning application for a 60,000 sq ft (5,570 sq m) retail development on South Street in Newport, Isle of Wight. As well as the retail and some leisure, the scheme will include a new bus station for the town. Subject to planning, Halladale expects to begin construction early next year.
